How to know the connection with the website is secure and safe?

Firefox provides a 'Site Identity Button' feature which will tell you everything about the website. The button is in the location bar to the left of the web address.








The site button will be of five icons- A gray globe, a gray warning triangle, an orange warning triangle, a gray padlock, a green padlock.




1.Gray globe:

•  The website does not provides identity information.
• The connection between Firefox and the website is not encrypted or partially encrypted and should not be considered safe against eavesdropping.

2. Gray warning triangle:

• The website does not supply identity information.
• The connection to the website is not fully secure because it has encrypted elements(such as images).

3. Orange warning triangle:

• The website does not supply identity information.
• The connection is partially encrypted and is not safe against eavesdropping.

4. Gray padlock:

• The website's address has been verified.
• The connection is fully secure and encrypted to prevent eavesdropping.

5. Green padlock:

• The website's address has been verified using an Extended validation(EV) certificate.
• The connection between Firefox and the website is encrypted to prevent eavesdropping.

Just Follow these simple steps

Step 1:-
Download and install Mozilla FireFox (Come on your gonna be an FSA without FireFox :o , we love FireFox :) )
To Download goto link https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Step 2:-
Go to Link https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contribute/studentambassadors/
And Click on Blue Become a Student Ambassador button

Step 3:-
Fill The Form up Carefull.

Step 4:-
you will then recieve a confirmation email from FireFox On Your Email id
